TPPPA Issued by the US Department of Education

Effective 10/22/2022, Sutter County Career Training Center was granted a Temporary Provisional Program Participation Agreement (TPPPA) by the US Department of Education. On 10/29/2021, the US Department of Education notified Sutter County Career Training Center that the TPPPA will be continued on a month-month basis until submission of final documents required by the US Department of Education and a final determination on the application by the US Department of Education.

At Sutter County Career Training Center, we believe that concern about college affordability shouldn’t keep you from attaining your education and pursuing your dreams. Our financial aid administrators are happy to speak with you about your options and how to afford college. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.

Our advisors can help you determine which college financial assistance programs you may qualify for and advise you on the right plan. We can also provide guidance as you complete your application for financial assistance.

We can help you learn about your eligibility for federal, state and private financial aid programs, including:

  • Loans
  • Grants
  • Scholarships
  • Payment Plans

Cal Grants are also available to students in California who qualify. Cal Grants are offered by the state of California and do not require repayment.
